  • positive review  Sammy was the chef at the yoga retreat I've just been to and the food was unbelievably tasty! Her risotto is by far the best I've ever tasted 🙂 We were all queuing up for more after every meal, it was just so good!

  • positive review  I had the joy of eating Sammy's food at a beautiful weekend retreat and it an absolute treat! Every dish of every meal was mouth watering, there was gorgeous variety and plenty of it - which was lucky as everyone wanted seconds. I eagerly await the cookbook.... • positive review  Not only does Phoenix make amazing food, their customer service is excellent. I have ordered from Phoenix a few times and it's always reliable service with a warm smile. On the last occasion they went out of their way to accommodate my request for delivery on a particular day, at a specific place - I was so grateful they were able to be flexible and will definitely be back for more!

Phoenix loves cooking delicious, beautiful, nourishing vegan dishes from wholesome ingredients bursting with fun and flavour.

Advance booking is essential as everything is made to order.

Phoenix is based at The Miggi Vegan Guesthouse in Paignton, Devon, making amazing food for guests, local folk, and visitors alike.

Every Friday, Phoenix runs a restaurant night at The Miggi. There’s a different theme each week; recent themes include French, Indonesian, and Italian. Check Phoenix’s facebook page for this week’s menu.

On the last Sunday each month, Phoenix offers a full vegan Sunday roast with all the trimmings for £15pp and an optional dessert.

You can also book in for an indulgent afternoon tea. Served on tiered stands, Phoenix’s afternoon teas have to be experienced to be believed. A full meal (most people leave with “doggy bags” of treats to take home). £25pp.
