MMMM Delish. Ive just returned from a weekend where Sammy served some deliciously colourful food including beetburgers and tasty salads - and I got to bring some home - lucky me 🙂

Phoenix is based at The Miggi Vegan Guesthouse in Paignton, Devon, making amazing food for guests, local folk, and visitors alike.
Every Friday, Phoenix runs a restaurant night at The Miggi. There’s a different theme each week; recent themes include French, Indonesian, and Italian. Check Phoenix’s facebook page for this week’s menu.
On the last Sunday each month, Phoenix offers a full vegan Sunday roast with all the trimmings for £15pp and an optional dessert.
You can also book in for an indulgent afternoon tea. Served on tiered stands, Phoenix’s afternoon teas have to be experienced to be believed. A full meal (most people leave with “doggy bags” of treats to take home). £25pp.
